ABOUT THE BLOG

Being a woman in this world can be a difficult thing, and being a woman in college can be even more difficult. College is a beautiful time in life to find out who you are, but especially for us women at Franciscan, there are a lot of pressures on us to have it all together and all figured out.

Transformed by Grace is a blog run by the FUS Women's Ministry Team in the hopes that it will be a resource to the women of campus and all women who stumble across it to help them grow in faith, hope, and love.

Our prayer for you is that through reading the various posts on this blog that cover a whole range of topics, you will be inspired to live out your authentic femininity both here at Franciscan and out in the world.

ABOUT THE NAME

The blog is called Transformed by Grace. St. Francis of Assisi always stressed the importance of continual conversion--of being continually transformed by, for, and into Christ. This transformation is only possible with the generous grace of God. It is our prayer that through this blog, the Lord will transform your hearts in little (and big) ways.
